Sangareddy: The people, who purchased apartment flats at Incor Lake City built close to the Saki Cheruvu in Patancheru, staged a protest accusing the management of delaying the handover of flats to them.
The buyers gathered at the site on Saturday and staged a protest holding placards which highlighted the negligence of the management. They raised slogans against the management.
The Incor management took up the construction of 1,500 flats in multiple towers when they also launched free launch offers in 2019. Since the site is located very close to Patancheru, several people bought flats by paying the initial installments.
The management had assured buyers that the flats would be handed over within five years, provided payments continued. However, whenever buyers sought an explanation, the management kept delaying and buying time.
The management had set Dasara 2025 as the final deadline, but failed to honour the commitment. When buyers approached them, they received little response from the management.
With no construction activity underway at the site, anxious buyers staged a protest on Saturday, warning that they would escalate the matter to TGRERA, HMDA and other concerned authorities.
