Swargaseema “VIBHAVA PLOTS” Mega Township Officially Launched on April 26, 2026
Swargaseema Sandalwood Farms Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated its premium residential township ‘Vibhava’ in Hyderabad. Spread across 78 acres, the project features 999 plots, nine theme parks, dedicated school and commercial zones, and is MUDA-approved and RERA-registered.
Hyderabad: Swargaseema Sandalwood Farms Pvt. Ltd. marked a milestone with the inauguration of its latest premium residential project ‘Vibhava’. Chandra Chandrasekhar, Managing Director of Swargaseema launched the 78-acre mega township in the presence of investors, real estate experts, and prospective homeowners.

He unveiled the site master plan showcasing 999 premium plots and specialized 8-acre theme park zone and briefed the unique inclusion of 2 acres for a dedicated school and 2 acres for commercial infrastructure, making it one of the most comprehensive townships in the region.
The special inaugural price of Rs. 9,900 per sq. yd. saw significant interest, with numerous spot bookings recorded during the day. Vibhava’s strategic location near the Bengaluru Highway (NH-44) and the Regional Ring Road (RRR) positions it as a premier investment hub, particularly with the nearby Microsoft data center driving local growth, a press release added.
