Indrakaran Reddy laid the foundation stone for the integrated market in Bhainsa on Thursday along with the Mudhole MLA G Vittal Reddy.
Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Forest Minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy said that an integrated vegetable and meat market would be thrown open to the public of Bhainsa town within six months by commencing works at the earliest. He laid the foundation stone for the integrated market in Bhainsa on Thursday along with the Mudhole MLA G Vittal Reddy. The estimated cost of the facility is Rs 7.20 crore.
Speaking on the occasion, Indrakaran stated that the market was being built in the town for the convenience of the residents. He said that steps were being taken to complete the facility within six months. He added that citizens would be able to buy vegetables, meat and fish at the facility, without needing to go to different places.
The Minister further said that no State in the country was implementing welfare schemes on par with the newly created Telangana State. He cited crop loan waiver, Kalyana Laxmi, Rythu Bandhu, white ration cards and Asara social security pensions, Dalit Bandhu, etc. He hoped that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao would do justice to families which were displaced by a minor irrigation project built across at a stream Suddavaga near Gundegaon village.
Bhainsa Agriculture Market Committee chairman Pippera Krishna, Bhainsa municipal vice-chairperson Zabeer Ahmed, TRS leaders Balishetti Rajanna, Murali Goud, Vilas Gadewar, Prasanjeet, Farooq and Mehraj Ahmed were present.
Indrakaran later gave away cheques of Kalyana Laxmi and Shadi Mubarak schemes to beneficiaries in Soan mandal centre. He said that the initiative was bringing respite to the financially weak families by helping them in performing weddings for their daughters. He opined that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was regarded as a benefactor by implementing the scheme.
He earlier inspected the removal of silt piled up in different parts of Nirmal town caused by the recent floods that lashed the district. He was accompanied by Collector Musharraf Ali Faruqui and municipal chairperson Gandrath Eshwar.
