Jagtial man cycles 22,000 km to visit 108 Vaishnava temples
A Vaishnava devotee from Kodimial, Velma Narsimha Ramanujadasan, completed a 22,000 km bicycle pilgrimage covering 108 temples across India. Starting in August 2024, he concluded the yatra with prayers at Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple

Jagtial: A devotee from Kodimial, Velma Narsimha Ramanujadasan alias Sudarshan Reddy, visited 108 Vaishnava temples across the country by travelling on a bicycle.
Narsimha Ramanujadasan, who began his yatra on August 23, 2024, concluded it at his native village on Monday after covering 22,000 km.
Younger son of Velma Malla Reddy and Kanthamma, Narsimha Ramanujadasan is a graduate and a Vaishnava devotee since childhood. He assumed the name Narsimha Ramanujadasan after receiving ‘Upadesam’ from Chinna Jeeyar Swamy two years ago.
He began his yatra with a visit to Sri Ranganatha Swamy temple in Tamil Nadu, followed by Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple in Kerala, Mukthinath, Badrinath, Tirupati Venkateswara Swamy, Ahobilam Laxminarsimha Swamy among several other temples.
After completing darshan at 108 temples, he reached Nalgonda of Kodimial mandal on Sunday and visited Laxminarsimha Swamy temple before offering prayers at Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple.
Villagers accorded him a warm welcome when he reached Kodimial on Monday evening.
