Khammam private school inspected for proposed Sainik School
A private school in Khammam has been inspected by District Collector Anudeep Durisetty and Korukonda Sainik School Principal Lieutenant SS Sastry after submitting an application to establish a Sainik School under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The inspection was conducted at Sri Chaitanya Vista School in Velugumatla.

Khammam: The district Collector and Korukonda Sainik School officials inspected a private school that submitted an application for setting up Sainik School in Khammam.
Collector Anudeep Durisetty and Korukonda Sainik School Principal Lieutenant SS Sastry carried out a field-level inspection of Sri Chaitanya Vista School at Velugumatla on the outskirts of Khammam city on Wednesday.
The Collector informed that the Central Government has decided to establish 100 Sainik Schools in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode and Sri Chaitanya Vista School submitted an application for the purpose.
After the field-level examination, a committee would examine the eligibility as per the guidelines set by the Central Government and take a decision, he said. Navodaya School Principal Srinivasulu, DEO Chaitanya Jaini and Education Department planning coordinator Ch Ramakrishna were present.
