The police are working to provide minimum facilities like education, medical care and transportation to the tribals living in Maoist-affected areas. The adivasis should keep their surroundings clean to prevent the spread of dengue and malaria caused by mosquitoes, he suggested.
Adivasis should not cooperate with the Maoists who have become an obstacle to development. Strict legal action will be taken against those who directly or indirectly cooperate with the Maoists, he warned. The OSD thanked Nestle Company for providing essential commodities.
