Displaced residents of Madhu Park Ridge A Block met Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, expressing support for Musi rejuvenation while seeking stakeholder status. The government assured review of their three proposals and promised a humanitarian approach in addressing their concerns

Hyderabad: The Madhu Park Ridge A Block displaced residents met Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Monday and expressed their support for the Musi rejuvenation and development works.
They clarified that they don’t have any objections to the project. However, they submitted a representation asking the government to make them stakeholders in the Musi river rejuvenation project and to include them as partners in the development process.
The residents submitted three proposals for consideration to the State government as part of Musi rejuvenation initiative.
Responding to their proposals, the Deputy Chief Minister assured them that all three proposals would be examined from a humanitarian perspective and assured that justice would be ensured.
He also directed Musi Riverfront Development Corporation MD EV Narasimha Reddy and Rangareddy District Collector Narayana Reddy to review the proposals submitted by the residents and submit a report to the Musi Cabinet Sub-Committee.
Those, who submitted the representation included Madhu Park Ridge A Block president Dr K Srisailam, secretary Dr Kareemulla, advisor Sanjay Shukla, legal advisor Pratap Reddy, JAC member BN Reddy, vice president Rambabu, and others.
