Hyderabad: Maheshwara Medical College and Hospital (MMC&H) on Tuesday announced its collaboration with Aster Prime Hospitals, Ameerpet to provide ‘Clinical and Corporate Training’ program for its house surgeons, post graduate medical students.

The special program is aimed at providing wide clinical exposure and hands-on training and experience to house-surgeons and PG medicos of the teaching hospital while working at Aster Prime Hospitals, press release said.


Dr BSV Raju, Director and HOD Neurosurgery, Aster Prime Hospitals, hoped that the collaboration will enable the hospital to share the knowledge and expertise it had earned with medicos from the teaching hospitals. The training program will create awareness among young doctors, regarding clinical care and procedures in treating various categories of patients with multiple health issues.

Senior doctors including Dr Satish Reddy MD and HOD (Orthopaedics), Dr Uma Sreedevi, Head, Anaesthesia, and Program Coordinator, Nidhin Antony, Head (Operations) from Aster Prime Hospitals, were also present.
