‘Managing holistic well-being of kids vital’

Here, the role of parents/families and teachers is of the utmost importance

Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills organised webinar on effective parenting on February 13 with the resource person Vikas Gora, the Deputy Director (Programme & Policy)- South India of Save the Children. It was an opportunity for the parents and teachers to discuss with him the challenges of this pandemic as staying sane during the Covid is not easy for parents, yet managing the holistic wellbeing of kids is the top priority to them.

A child is like a free bird, who loves to fly and learn. Here, the role of parents/families and teachers is of the utmost importance. In the wake of the unprecedented lockdown followed transformation in the education system, turning online classrooms into online spaces and teachers into virtual educators. It was just the right time to have Vikas Gora as the guest as he cleared the doubt of the audience on various parenting issues.
