Math teaches us every problem has a solution
Students presented a PowerPoint presentation on the life of Ramanujan and recited a poem on Mathematics.

A special virtual assembly was conducted at Pallavi Aware International School on December 22 to mark National Mathematics Day. National Mathematics Day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of India’s mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan.
Students presented a PowerPoint presentation on the life of Ramanujan and recited a poem on Mathematics. There was a presentation on shapes by class I students.
A presentation by Adwaith on the properties of multiplication was appreciated by the audience at the virtual event. It was followed by a skit presentation on the four basic mathematical operations. A chart was displayed on properties of shapes, a beautiful song on fractions and model representation on place values were presented by students.
Principal Sudeshna spoke on the importance of maths in daily life. Math is one of the basic sciences of life and everyone needs it in their day to day life. It teaches us how every problem in our lives has a solution, the Principal said. On a lighter note, she shared how Math is full of problems yet provides lots of real-life solutions.
