Medak incident: Infant drowns in bucket at home

A 20-month-old girl died after accidentally slipping into a bucket filled with water at her home in Medak district. The child was found motionless by her mother, leaving the family in deep shock over the tragic incident

Medak: A 20-month-old infant Pranaya Sri drowned in a bucket of water at Ramji Thanda in Chinna Shankarampet on Thursday night. She was the daughter of Malavath Prasad and Tirumala.

In a playful mood, the girl walked into the bathroom and slipped into a bucket that was filled with water. When her mother retrieved her from the bucket, she was motionless. The incident left the family in shock.
