National Safety Week concludes at National Thermal Power Corporation, Ramagundam

The theme for this year’s celebration was 'Safety and Well-being Crucial for Viksit Bharat"

PEDDAPALLI: The closing ceremony of the 54th National Safety Week was held at the National Thermal Power Corporation (Ramagundam and Telangana) on Tuesday.

The theme for this year’s celebration was ‘Safety and Well-being Crucial for Viksit Bharat”.

Speaking on the occasion, NTPC Executive Director Chandan Kumar Samanta highlighted essential road safety practices to be followed in the township and plant areas. He urged all employees and contract workers to adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations to ensure a zero-accident workplace.

Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, Karimnagar, Y Gangadhar Reddy, General Manager (O&M), NTPC Ramagundam, Alok Kumar Tripathi, GM (O&M), Telangana, Anjana Ranjan Dash, CISF Sr. Commandant, Mukesh Kumar, union representatives and employees participated in the closing ceremony.
