Nava Limited donates household items worth Rs 5.6 lakh to Bhadrachalam old age home
Nava Limited, under its CSR initiative, donated household items and appliances worth Rs 5.6 lakh to Manavaseva Voluntary Organisation (Saroja Old Age Home) in Bhadrachalam.

Kothagudem: Paloncha based Nava Limited has provided cooking utensils, household items, electronic and electrical appliances worth Rs 5.60 lakh to Manavaseva Voluntary Organisation (Saroja Old Age Home) located at Bhadrachalam in the district.
As part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, one washing machine, two television sets, two mixers-grinders, two water dispensers, 20 cots, 70 plastic chairs, four 25 kg cooking pots, two pedestal fans, two desert coolers and others were provided to the home.
Bhadrachalam Sub-Collector Mrinal Shrestha handed over the material to Manavaseva Voluntary Organisation president Saroja at a programme at the home. Speaking on the occasion, he lauded Nava Limited’s CSR initiatives, commending them for demonstrating a humanitarian spirit by donating essential items to the home.
Saroja thanked the management of Nava Limited for promptly responding to the needs of the elderly residents at the old age home and bringing them to attention. The company DGM (Finance) N Satyanarayana outlined the various initiatives undertaken by the company over the past 46 years in the fields of healthcare, education and livelihood generation to contribute to community development.
