No entrance exam for TSWREIS junior colleges, admissions through SSC marks

Seats will be allotted based on the GPA secured by the applicants duly following reservation norms and order of preference

Hyderabad: The Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) on Wednesday cancelled the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Junior Colleges-Common Entrance Test (TSWRJC-CET) 2021 for admissions into first year intermediate courses.

The entrance test was cancelled in view of the Covid-19 pandemic and keeping the safety of students a priority, the Society said in a press release.

Candidates who earlier applied for the TSWRRJC-CET -2021 have been instructed to visit the TSWREIS website www.tswreis.in and upload their SSC grades and GPA secured till June 7.

Seats will be allotted based on the GPA secured by the applicants duly following reservation norms and order of preference, the Society said, adding that candidates who fail to furnish their grades online would not be considered for admission.
