Hyderabad: The summer season starts in March and lasts until June when it will be very hot and humid which causes many health problems in the body. The initial part of the upcoming summer season is likely to be severe.

The body is balanced with 60% of water, which is very essential to stay hydrate, remove waste, and maintain blood circulation and body temperature. Dehydration occurs if you don’t intake enough amount of water, it also causes severe problems like headache, weakness, urination problems and low blood pressure levels. Heat stroke, dehydration, eye infections, Sunburns, skin problems, food poisoning, weakness, dizziness, and nausea are some of the summer health hazards.


You must follow these tips to be safe this summer

  • Start your morning with Lemon water
  • Drink plenty of water and juices, to hydrate yourself throughout the day
  • Take cool showers twice a day
  • Don’t skip food. Have proper meals during the day
  • Take all water-content fruits and vegetables
  • Don’t encourage oily, spicy, junk and sugar-rich food products these days
  • Moisturise yourself with soothing body lotions
  • Wear comfortable, cotton, light-coloured clothes
  • Apply Sunscreen 15 minutes before going out
  • Avoid staying out in hot and humid temperatures
  • Carry an umbrella, scarf and detox drinks if you are going out
