The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested a sub-inspector in Sangareddy for allegedly accepting a Rs 20,000 bribe to remove a complainant’s name from a case related to the illegal transportation of PDS rice.
Four officials have been arrested, and the ACB is seeking custody of two senior officials from the veterinary department. The investigation highlights corruption and the need for transparency in rural livelihood initiatives.
