  • ‘Taare Zameen Par’ brings colours to Children’s Day in Secunderabad

    Area 9 of Round Table India and Ladies Circle India celebrated Children’s Day by organising ‘Taare Zameen Par,’ a painting competition for differently-abled children at Swayamkrushi NGO in Secunderabad. Around 300 children participated locally, while the event was simultaneously held across 200 cities, engaging over 10,000 special children.

    In honor of Children’s Day, students presented the project as a gift to the community, marking a milestone in their commitment to environmental stewardship. The project was funded by a successful Independence Day fundraiser held on August 15, 2024, showcasing the collective efforts of the students and the NGO, Save Water and Nature.
