Special teams fan out across the city to cover those yet to receive the jab

All faculty members, employees, research scholars and students of the university can get vaccinated between 9 am and 1 pm.

A mass vaccination drive was organised by the Delhi Public School, Nacharam in association with Rainbow Hospitals.

Union minister Prakash Javadekar on Saturday said the state has received 1.10 crore doses of the anti-COVID-19 vaccines so far.

Hindustan Syringes and Medical Devices (HMD) said that the company will invest over Rs 100 crore to ramp up its production capacity from 2.5 billion syringes to over 3 billion.

The new frames will enable people to get "credible information, get vaccinated and encourage others to do the same", the social media giant stated in a blogpost.
