Zinc prices on Monday fell by 0.05 per cent to Rs 224.20 per kilogramme in the futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure taking negative cues from the spot market.
Guar seed prices on Friday increased Rs 50 to Rs 5,719 per 10 quintals in futures trade after speculators widened their positions following a firm trend in the spot market.

“I would certainly predict that we will be back to between 70-85 per cent, of 2019. We will certainly be lower than last year, but not to a tune that it is unrecoverable,” De Beers India Managing Director Sachin Jain has said.
"Demand for gold dropped to 892.3t in Q3 - its lowest quarterly total since Q3 2009 -as consumers and investors continued to battle the effects of the global pandemic," it said.
