BRS city president Pagadala Nagaraju along with the party leaders planted saplings in the NSP camp area in 53rd division and a cake was cut in the presence of the elderly at Jeevan Sandhya old age home.

BRS leaders and workers celebrated the event by cutting cakes and distributing sweets. 

"We hoped that Telugu daughter-in-law, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, would allocate significant funds to Telangana. But what we got is nothing," he stated.

He emphasised the urgent need for extensive discussion in the ensuing Assembly session and pass a resolution to be sent to the Union government.
