The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned for the day amid continued slogan-shouting from the Opposition benches over the demand for a discussion on the Manipur situation.
Protesters raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging him to address the Parliament and clarify the current situation in Manipur to the people.
The parliamentary panel in its report also said the compromise in the quality of construction of roads was completely unacceptable and should be considered a punishable act
