The Rs 430-crore Mir Alam Bridge project, connecting Shastripuram to Chintalmet, is set to begin in November, reducing travel time for 1 lakh commuters and boosting connectivity in south Hyderabad.

Replying to a query during the Question Hour, Sridhar Babu stated that the Chief Minister never said that Rs. 1.50 lakh crore would be spent on the Musi rejuvenation project
