BRS leaders have filed a police complaint against Congress leader Rohin Reddy and former OSD N Sumanth for allegedly threatening Deccan Cements representatives at gunpoint. The complaint cites extortion and intimidation and demands FIR registration and an impartial investigation.
BRS leaders RS Praveen Kumar, MLA Mutha Gopal, MLC Naveen Kumar Reddy and others, filed a complaint with the Narsingi police against the Telanagana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in this regard
In response to a question from BRS member Naveen Kumar Reddy in the Legislative Council on Wednesday, Uttam Kumar Reddy stated that the 18-package work of the PRLIS up to the Udandapur reservoir was ongoing. He added that Unit-I of Stage-I pumping station had been commissioned in September of the previous year, and that Stage-II, III, and IV pumping stations were nearly finished and ready for commissioning.
He highlighted that the victory in the local bodies' constituency in the Chief Minister's home district reflects the changing political landscape in the state
The party leadership is confident of winning the byelection with a huge majority, considering its strong presence in the local bodies across the Palamuru region.
