Gopichand, said the Foundation’s initiative 'Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao' has been inspiring several youths as a guiding light in their endeavor to be ideal citizens of the country.
The 47-year-old Gopichand opted out to ensure Agus Dwi Santoso could be accommodated who has been training with B Sai Praneeth since the pandemic, according to BAI General Secretary Ajay Singhania.
“With just one quota available Gopichand decided to opt-out in order to ensure Agus Dwi Santosa could be accommodated who has been training with Sai (Praneeth) since the pandemic”, said BAI General Secretary Ajay Singhania said.
“We are also building a Sports Science Center and a Coach Development Centre to take up the coaching pan India as there is abundant talent,’’ Pullela Gopichand added.
