Telangana is all set to adopt a Karnataka-style private licensed surveyor system to address long-standing land disputes and streamline land transactions. The State will recruit 5,000 licensed surveyors, with applications open until May 17
Though government contracts should not be allotted to a firm belonging to a cabinet minister, the state government had violated the norms by allotting the contract to Srinivas Reddy, said BJPLP leader A Maheshwar Reddy.
Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy directed officials to speed up the implementation of the decisions taken by the government for the development of Warangal city.
Srinivas Reddy alleged that the opposition parties were not able to tolerate the implementation of loan waiver and making false allegations against the government.
