Four quacks operating unlicensed clinics and distributing medicines were caught by the Telangana Medical Council in Addagutta and Jawaharnagar. Long-running clinics were found violating medical norms, and cases will be registered under relevant sections of the NMC, TSPMR, and BNS Acts.
