A dispute over repayment of bank loans among members of a Self Help Group turned violent in Jogipet town of Sangareddy district. Six women were injured in the clash and were shifted to the government hospital. Police registered a case.
At the SARAS Fair 2025 in Hyderabad, several Self-Help Group women were asked to vacate their stalls to accommodate participants from other states, despite earlier government promises of support.
