The man, identified as Jalla Venkatiah (52) of Madgula Mandal in Ranga Reddy district, had stored the seeds in his shop and warehouse to sell it to farmers.
Abdul Basheer was found to have stored three bags containing the prohibited seeds and was ready to sell them to gullible farmers, when the sleuths raided his house, following a tip off.
