  • TGRERA imposes a penalty of Rs 2.85 lakh against Hyderabad-based builders for non-registration of an apartment

    TGRERA has fined two Hyderabad-based builders Rs 2.85 lakh for failing to register Showri Pearl apartment and for not providing proper parking. The builders also violated approved plans by constructing extra floors and unauthorised flats, a complaint said

    TG RERA imposed a penalty of Rs 6.17 lakh on a real estate agent from Khammam for failing to register under RERA. It also ordered Aaditri Housing to complete the project and register a flat bought by a complainant
  • Telangana RERA imposes penalty of Rs 1.08 lakh against city-based real estate projects

    The RERA order directed the respondents to refund the entire amount received from the complainant, Mercy Thankachan, from Drew Drops Colony, Secunderabad, with interest of 11 percent per annum.
