Bandlaguda police arrested five juveniles involved in motorcycle thefts across Hyderabad and Karnataka. Three stolen bikes were recovered. The group allegedly operated as a gang and confessed during interrogation following a complaint lodged at the police station.

According to Additional DCP Task Force, A Srinivasa Rao, the gang was involved in several phone snatching and theft cases reported in different police station areas of the city
According to the police officials, the juvenile who discontinued his studies after third grade, got addicted to consuming liquor and for his expenses decided to burgled houses in secluded residential colonies
The accused - Chikatla Sathish, Veepu Venkateshwarlu and Shaik Basha, were caught in last October in connection with several thefts they have committed under the limits of Paloncha police station
