A 10,000-litre water tanker caused a major road cave-in at Banjara Hills' Naveen Nagar after the nala beneath collapsed. No injuries were reported, but traffic was disrupted and residents expressed anger over GHMC’s alleged negligence in maintaining infrastructure.
Along with examining the records, he enquired about delivery timings. Tanker delivery should be done without pendency, he directed the officials, adding that sufficient staff must be present at all times.
