Avinash Reddy, who filed his nomination as YSRCP candidate for the May 13 election, revealed the details of the case in the affidavit submitted to the election authorities.
In its order, the high court directed Y S Avinash Reddy not to tamper with evidence, not to leave the country, and to appear before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) every Saturday.
Avinash Reddy, who was grilled for about eight hours on Wednesday in former minister Y. S. Vivekananda Reddy's murder case, appeared before the agency on Thursday.
