Adilabad: Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan opined that it was the best trait for children to develop the habit of practising physical exercises from childhood.
He along with Utnoor ASP Kajal Singh formally inaugurated a children’s park created on the premises of Neradigonda police station on Tuesday.
Mahajan told the kids to develop the habit of physical exercises and to focus on fitness from childhood. He spent leisure time with the kids for a while, raising their spirit. He was accorded a grand welcome by the local children on his arrival to Neradigonda to inaugurate the park.
He was all praise for the police for establishing the park on the premises of the station, providing a peaceful ambience.
Echoda Inspector E Bheemesh, Neradigonda Sub-Inspector L Srikanth and students of a government school were present for the event.
