Telangana Budget 2025-26: No allocations for Andole is failure by MLA Damodara Rajanarasimha, says BRS leader Kranthi Kiran
Says BRS government acquired 500 acres in Munipally, paid Rs 20 lakh for 100 farmers, who were being displaced under the project. But, Congress government made no allocations in Budget for food processing unit
BRS leader Kranthi Kiran said the BRS government had planned the unit to process agriculture products in the district, besides creating employment for the local youth in the constituency.
Sangareddy: Former Andole MLA Chanti Kranthi Kiran said the Congress government left the people of Andole constituency disappointed as it made no Budget allocations to the proposed food processing unit at Lingampally in Munipally mandal.
The BRS government had acquired 500 acres in Munipally and paid Rs 20 lakh for 100 farmers, who were being displaced under the project.
However, the Congress government made no allocations in the Budget for the food processing unit.
Kranthi Kiran said the BRS government had planned the unit to process the agriculture products in the district besides creating employment for the local youth in the constituency.
However, the Congress government did not mention a single word on this or on the Sangameshwara and Basaveshwara Lift Irrigation projects, Kranthi Kiran said, adding that the Andole constituency would have been the biggest beneficiary if both these lift irrigation projects were completed.
He termed this a big failure of Andole MLA and Health Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha since he had failed to get any budget allocations for projects in the constituency.
