Telangana: Farmer electrocuted in Rajanna-Sircilla

According to police, Sura Sathaiah died on the spot when he switched on an agriculture pump set to supply water to standing crops.

Rajanna-Sircilla: Sura Sathaiah (43), a farmer, was electrocuted in Kolanurgollapalli of Konaraopet mandal on Sunday morning.

According to police, Sathaiah died on the spot when he switched on an agriculture pump set to supply water to standing crops. On getting information about the incident, SI Rajashekhar and CESS assistant engineer Pruthvi visited the spot. Based on a complaint lodged by family members, police registered a case and began investigations.


Sathaiah is survived by wife Rajeshwari, son Tharun and daughter Keerthana.
