Hyderabad: Industry body Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry presented awards to select companies for their HR practices. It also released the ‘HR Best Practices Report’ containing findings and critical data points on people practices.
The awards winner are J K Fenner India (employee engagement strategy), Dodla Dairy (HR technology and analytics), Tata Coffee and Tomoegawa Aura India (performance management process), Omsree Papertek and ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth (learning and development), Techwave Consulting and Medwell Ventures (talent acquisition and management). Sakshi Pal of Techwave got the ‘HR future leader’ award. The jury appreciation award went to Kisan Fashion Mall.
Special Chief Secretary Sunil Sharma said human resource plays key role in success of an organisation and an employee can perform well under positive atmosphere.
FTCCI president K Bhasker Reddy said digitisation and the Covid challenges are reinventing the future of human resource management. FTCCI HR/IR committee chairman and Zetatek MD Ravi Kumar and Sarv HR director Kalyan Duvva also spoke, said a release.
