A total of 31.21 percent out of 1,35,802 candidates who appeared for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) - 2024 - II have been declared qualified
Hyderabad: A total of 31.21 percent out of 1,35,802 candidates who appeared for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) – 2024 – II have been declared qualified.
Results released by Education department Secretary Dr. Yogita Rana, along with School Education Director EV Narasimha Reddy, here on Wednesday have been made available on the website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/.
A total of 69,476 candidates appeared for the paper – I and 41,327 (59.48 percent) qualified. Similarly, for paper – II mathematics and science 69,390 candidates took the examination and 23,755 (34.24 percent) were declared qualified. As for paper – II social studies subject, 28.05 percent out of 66,412 candidates qualified.
TET paper – I is conducted for candidates who intend to be teachers for classes I to V, while paper – II is for teaching classes VI to VIII. Both papers are mandatory candidates who intend to be teachers for classes I to VIII.
