The School Education department will release the TG TET notification on November 14 and registrations will be open from November 15 to 29

The timings of the examination on each day will be Session I - 9 am to 11.30 am and Session II - 2 pm to 4.30 pm. The detailed exams schedule is available on the website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in.

A total of 31.21 percent out of 1,35,802 candidates who appeared for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) - 2024 - II have been declared qualified

The test will be conducted in the computer-based mode in 92 test centres spread across 17 districts till January 20.

The Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) 2024 - II will be conducted for 10 days, commencing January 2, 2025. The School Education department on Wednesday issued a detailed examination schedule.

2,75,773 candidates applied as the registrations closed on Wednesday.

Requests for correction of data will not be entertained after the deadline, the department said.

For the first time, the teacher recruitment examination will be conducted in the computer-based test mode.

Similarly, in-service mathematics and science subject teachers recorded a qualifying percentage of 51.14 out of total 15,302 teachers took the paper – 2. As for paper – 1, 79.28 per cent out of 6,449 in-service teachers who took the paper – 1 test were qualified.

The Election Commission of India did not accept the proposal to reduce the TET application fee due to election code at the time of registration, the CM said.
