The panel reviewed revenue progress and set targets across key departments including MA&UD (Municipal Administration & Urban Development), HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority), Industries, Stamps and Registrations, Mining, Revenue, and Transport. The officials were instructed to actively explore additional revenue generation streams.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhatti Vikramarka instructed all departments to align resource mobilisation with the 2026-27 budget estimates, plug revenue leakages, and adhere strictly to prefixed revenue calendars.

Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy directed officials to act sternly against those causing losses to the State exchequer.
