Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (HNEW) along with Amberpet police nabbed two drug peddlers and eight consumers apart from seizing eight kilograms of ganja.
The arrested persons were Dhan Raj Singh (40) and Rahul Singh (20), both residents of Mangalhat and allegedly involved in selling drugs, while eight others Imran Khan (26) Vinay Sunary (22), K Bhanu Prasad (19), R Tarun (20), K Prashanth (23), M Nikhith (22), Y Pawan (21) and K Pawan Kumar (22) were customers, police said.
Rahul Singh was procuring the ganja from one Shiva Kumar of Visakhapatnam and selling it to Dhan Raj, DCP (HNEW) Gummi Chakravarthy said.
