According to the police, Naseem Banu established a job consultancy offering jobs abroad and visa services in Tarnaka. She appointed outsourcing staff and publicised the consultancy on various social media platforms offering jobs and visas for countries like Singapore, Australia, Russia, and Mauritius etc.

As many as 12 job aspirants from Hyderabad and Nizamabad paid a total of Rs 35 lakh and submitted their passports for visa processing. However, after collecting the money, they failed to send the victims abroad or provide genuine visas. Instead, they provided fake visas and fake job offer letters. When victims demanded refunds, Naseem Banu stopped responding to their calls, and suddenly vacated her office.

Following a tip-off, the suspects were arrested and handed over to the Lalaguda police for further investigation.
