upGrad leases 1,000 seats from IndiQube in Hyderabad, Bengaluru

Hyderabad: EdTech company upGrad has leased 1,000 seats from IndiQube, a flexible workspace provider, in a multi-city deal spanning Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

In Hyderabad, upGrad will be operating from IndiQube Pearl situated in Gachibowli, the software hub of the city. In Bengaluru, upGrad will be operating from IndiQube Lexington, located at Koramangala.


upGrad will have 830 seats in Bengaluru and 170 seats in Hyderabad. Both these centres have state-of-the-art infrastructure with amenities such as gym, gaming zone, multi-cuisine cafeteria, collaboration spaces, events venue, breakout areas, visitors lounge amongst others.

The centres are also equipped with IndiQube’s inhouse technology platforms that create a smart building experience to employees of upGrad by providing seamless access to meeting rooms, food, parking and more, via MiQube App.

Commenting about the deal, Rishi Das, co-founder, IndiQube said, with widespread vaccine coverage in major cities coupled with an increase in business activity, the company is seeing a steady increase in office space enquiries from unicorns and thriving startups in addition to large enterprises.
