upGrad will have 830 seats in Bengaluru and 170 seats in Hyderabad. Both these centres have state-of-the-art infrastructure with amenities such as gym, gaming zone, multi-cuisine cafeteria, collaboration spaces, events venue, breakout areas, visitors lounge amongst others.

The centres are also equipped with IndiQube’s inhouse technology platforms that create a smart building experience to employees of upGrad by providing seamless access to meeting rooms, food, parking and more, via MiQube App.

Commenting about the deal, Rishi Das, co-founder, IndiQube said, with widespread vaccine coverage in major cities coupled with an increase in business activity, the company is seeing a steady increase in office space enquiries from unicorns and thriving startups in addition to large enterprises.

“IndiQube has offered us a unique multi-city workspace solution in talent centric neighbourhoods at Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Their one stop solution to all our workspace requirements ensure that our employee experience is hassle-free and seamless,” said Arjun Mohan, CEO-India, upGrad.
