Warangal CP urges cops to get Covid vaccine jab

New vaccine administration centre has been set up on the premises of the Warangal Police Commissionerate with a view to expediting the process of vaccination drive

Warangal Urban: Police Commissioner Tarun Joshi urged the police personnel under the Warangal Police Commissionerate to get Covid -19 shot.

Though the Covid vaccine was previously administered to police personnel who were the frontline warriors at the nearest health centre of the respective police stations, a new vaccine administration centre has been set up on the premises of the Warangal Police Commissionerate with a view to expediting the process of vaccination drive.

Joshi, who inspected the vaccination centre, inquired about the administration of the vaccine at the centre and also interacted with the officers on duty. “Those who are suffering from health issues due to vaccination can be given proper treatment,” he said.

Meanwhile, IG P Pramod Kumar, East Zone DCP Venkatalakshmi, Additional DCP Janardhan and ACPs, RIs and others have got Covid jab at vaccine centre.
