Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A 30-year-old daily wage earner accidentally drowned in a fish pond on the outskirts of Ravindranagar village in Chintalamanepalli mandal on Wednesday.

Chintalamanepalli Sub-Inspector Sandeep Kumar said the deceased was Bursa Ravi, a resident of Tekam Guda in Koutala mandal. Ravi’s body was found in the pond by some motorists who informed the local police. They rushed to the spot and brought the body out. A case was booked based on a complaint lodged by Shankar, the deceased person’s brother. Investigations have been taken up.
