ACB nabs revenue inspector for accepting Rs 1 lakh bribe in Telangana’s Dubbak
The team took Manyam Narasimha Reddy into custody while he was accepting the bribe at a tea stall in Siddipet town

Siddipet: ACB officials nabbed Manyam Narasimha Reddy, Revenue Inspector working at the Dubbak Tahsildar’s office, while he was accepting Rs 1 lakh as bribe from a man on Wednesday.
According to ACB officials, the Revenue Inspector demanded Rs 1 lakh for an official favour of doing succession of 3 acres and 25 guntas in the name of one Kumbham Sujatha, a resident of Appanapally in Dubbak mandal, from Raji Reddy.
The land is located in survey numbers 257, 259, 266, 275 and 287 in the village.
Unable to pay the bribe amount, Sujatha and her family members approached the ACB officials, who laid a trap to nab the official. They took him into custody while he was accepting the bribe at a tea stall at BJR Circle, Siddipet town.
The accused will be produced before Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases court, Nampally in Hyderabad.
