Medak: BRS leaders led by former MLA M Padma Devendar Reddy and former MLC Sheri Subhash Reddy complained to Medak SP D Uday Kumar Reddy on Sunday against Medak MLA Mynampally Rohit Rao, seeking action against him for making objectionable comments against former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.

RS leaders led by former MLA M Padma Devendar Reddy and former MLC Sheri Subhash Reddy complained to Medak SP D Uday Kumar Reddy against Medak MLA Mynampally Rohit Rao, seeking action against him for making objectionable comments against former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao

The Medak MLA made some objectionable comments while interacting with some Congress cadres in Medak recently. When some BRS cadre present there objected to him for making such derogatory comments against Chandrashekhar Rao, the police thrashed the BRS cadre, ignoring Rohit’s comments, Padma Devendar Reddy said, adding that the BRS would stage a dharna on the premises of the SP office unless the Medak MLA withdrew his comments against the former Chief Minister.

Reddy said they would also file petitions with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) and the High Court against Rohith. The SP assured them to look into the petition given by them.
