Happiness lies in giving and so teachers become the quintessential givers! Fulfilling multiple roles which entail giving, they get caught in its requirements and its charm too. But while the children rest, it’s a time for teachers to recharge.
The teachers of Gitanjali Primary School took part in a two-day infotainment programme, ‘Mind Jog’, for them to refurbish their resources and most essentially relax.
Interesting topics were discussed like “if I were to live the life of an actress”, “Better to eat and be happy, rather than diet and be unhappy”, etc.
The teachers’ take on the topics varied from humorous to just plain facts of life like, “if I were to be an actress, would like to be Anushka Sharma as I get to be the better half of the sensational Virat as well as go on mindless shopping sprees.
” Cook it or swiggy it”, one teacher said that she never had to do either as her better half and her mom-in-law mostly run the kitchen producing delectable dishes daily.
