Lorry driver killed in accident on Hyderabad ORR

Hyderabad: A lorry driver was killed in a road accident at ORR toll plaza at Keesara on Sunday morning. The victim, N Ram Reddy (45), a resident of Manchal mandal in Ranga Reddy district, was driving a brick-laden lorry and was bound for Karimnagar. The ill-fated lorry hit another lorry going in front of it and as a result, Reddy got struck in his vehicle and sustained serious injuries, said Keesara police.
On being informed, the police rushed to the spot and after much efforts, pulled out severely injured Ram Reddy stuck in the vehicle. The trucker died on the spot. A case was registered by the police and an investigation is on.
