Hey, don’t hide it in!
No matter your age
Smile up to the chin
And, clear your every rage

Piling it up inside
You scrunch yourself
Every tear you cried
Will only be by yourself

You aren’t a toy
You are a social being
Every time you cry
It can always be seen

So, burst them out
All those various emotions
Every person you sought
The next step, he motions

Health and wellness
Is what you need
Life, you have to harness
Don’t blindly believe in your creed

The world may seem dark
But, you’re your life’s spark
You can make a huge mark
You can stay strong like a bark
