Political heat up in Dubbak constituency, campaigns in full swing

Siddipet: Political parties stepped up their campaign in Dubbak Assembly constituency on Thursday organising several programmes in various parts of the constituency. While Finance Minister T Harish Rao participated in a massive bike rally in the constituency, senior Congress leaders including TPCC President N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and others participated in the campaign in various parts of the constituency.
Medak MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, TRS nominee for Dubbak by-election Solipeta Sujatha, Medak MLA M Padma Devendar Reddy, Andole MLA Chanti Kranthi Kiran and others participated in the election campaign for TRS. Former Minister J Gita Reddy also campaigned for Congress nominee Cheruku Srinivas Reddy.
Meanwhile, BJP M Ragunandan Rao participated in election campaign in several places in the constituency.
Returning Officer of Dubbak by-election, Chennaiah gave media details about election guidelines and the key dates of the election.
Supporting Thota Kamalakar Reddy, who was suspended by the BJP following his allegations against Raghunandan Rao, several of his associates tendered their resignation from the party membership on Thursday. Kamalakar Reddy said that he will tour the entire constituency to let people know how the BJP fielded the wrong candidate and denied an opportunity to people like him.
